Do your prices include VAT?

Where applicable our prices include VAT, including our delivery charge. Please do make us aware at the time of placing your order if you require a VAT invoice.

Where do we deliver?

We only deliver to mainland UK addresses. Delivery can be made to other parts of the UK but this should be arranged with a member of our sales team before placing the order as delivery cost may be different – as may transit time.

We are currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland due to new Brexit restrictions affecting our courier service. For all postcodes included in the area designated by our third party courier as being within the Scottish Highlands our delivery charge is £14.95. Please remember that this is generally a 48-hour service and in some cases delivery can take up to 3 days after the delivery date selected online. For this reason it is advisable to consult a member of our sales team before placing the order. We offer free delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Off Mainland UK on all orders over £100.

How much does delivery cost?

Our standard delivery charge to UK mainland addresses is £6 (excluding the Scottish Highlands and Off-Mainland).

Can I get free home delivery?

We offer free delivery on all standard orders over £60 except for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Off-Mainland.

What happens if I'm not going to be home to sign for the delivery?

If you are not going to be home to sign for your delivery please leave instructions when placing your order.

What if La Casa Delicatessen cannot send all of my order?

If we are unable to completely fulfill your order, we will contact you with alternative options. Should you wish to amend or cancel your order your final invoice will be adjusted.

How do I change my delivery addres or date?

If you need to change your delivery address or date please email us on info@lacasadelicatessen.com and we will amend your order accordingly.

Can I add something to my order?

Should you wish to add another item or change the contents of your order please email us on info@lacasadelicatessen.com giving a contact number and one of our sales team will contact you to amend your order.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any time as long as it hasn’t already been dispatched. However you can return any unwanted items for a refund once you’ve received your order.

Can I return unwanted goods?

At La Casa Delicatessen we offer a discretionary “goodwill” returns and refund policy but we can’t accept returns on short shelf-life or perishable items that would be unsaleable on their return. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

How can I return unwanted goods?

Please contact us for our returns delivery address. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for paying for the cost of returning the item.
