1921 Galician Style Octopus Pate is part of our sea pate section elaborated with Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO).
This pate is recommended as a snack spread in bread along with picos, as it has soft and tasty texture. It can also be a good accompaniment to offer a different touch to elaborated fish, rice and pasta dishes.
Pate is recommended to be served slightly cold if it is meant to be eaten spread in bread, it is also a good combination with our Albarinos wines to boost its flavour.
