Assertive, yeasty, crusty-bread nose. On the palate, Alvear Fino is clean and tangy with a refreshing finish and a softness which makes it delightfully easy to drink.
Perfect as a chilled aperitif, accompanied by tapas of olives, shellfish, ham, cheese, fish, snacks or sushi. It is one of those rare wines which will happily partner dishes containing vinegar.
