Campollano hand-made Blended (sheep, goat & cow's milk) Iberico Manchego cheese 250g wedge
This is an artisan-made pasteurised Manchego cheese blended sheep, goat and cow's milk round. It is made using solely the milk of Manchega sheep, grazing the open grasslands of La Mancha. It has a Denomination of Origin from La Mancha as proof of its quality and provenance. The Manchego rounds, with their characteristic basket-weave pattern, are cured for a minimum of 4-6 months, giving the cheese its full rounded flavour.
INGREDIENTS: Manchega sheep's milk (50%), goat's milk (15%), cow's milk (15%), salt, (animal) rennet, egg lysate, lactic ferments.
