This is an artisan-made unpasteurised Zamorano cured with Black Pepper grounds round. It is made using solely the milk of Zamorana sheep, grazing the open grasslands of Zamora. The black pepper with which this sheep cheese for more than 12 months is matured gives it an important spicy and aromatic flavor. Made with selected raw sheep's milk, the black pepper with which it matures in its crust gives it a totally characteristic flavor that is very appetizing for lovers of this spice.
INGREDIENTS: Unasteurised sheep's milk, salt, (animal) rennet, natural rennet, lactic ferments, salt and black pepper.
