Cheese made from raw sheep's milk, matured in the cellar for a minimum of 12 months, with Iberian lard in its rind, which gives the cheese a distinction in flavor. The butter infuses the cheese with its sensory features, resulting in an exquisite cheese. The aroma and flavor penetrate more intensely inside, giving it a unique personality.
INGREDIENTS: Unasteurised sheep's milk, natural rennet, preservative E-252, lysozyme (derived from egg), lactic ferments and salt.
