Campollano hand-made pasteurised manchego cheese cured with Rosemary. 250g wedge
This is an artisan-made pasteurised Manchego cured with Rosemary round. It is made using solely the milk of Manchega sheep, grazing the open grasslands of La Mancha. It has a Denomination of Origin from La Mancha as proof of its quality and provenance. The Manchego rounds, with their characteristic basket-weave pattern, are cured for a minimum of 6-9 months, giving the cheese its full rounded flavour.
