Marinated white Cantabrian anchovies in vinegar sunflower and packed in olive oil
Cantabrian anchovies are recognised as the finest flavoured in the world. These are lightly salted and hand-packed in olive oil in a small tin. Because they are only gently salted they only have a short shelf-life, but this relative lack of salt makes them plump and particularly delicious.
INGREDIENTS: Fresh anchovies, sunflower oil, salt
