These Jamon Serrano shoulder ham slices have a complex aroma and richly marbled texture due the pigs are fed with chestnuts. They come interleaved for ease of separation; serve at room temperature for best flavour. Classically served in Spain with picos artesanos (mini breadsticks) as an accompaniment, or as part of a charcuterie platter with other meats and olives - and a glass of Rioja!
