Serrano Reserva lomo (pork loin) slices in a vacuum pack, made of pure-bred Duroc Serrano pigs in Galicia which give the meat its marbling. Cured for around 2 months to give an intense depth of flavour using less salt in the curing process, making the flavour sweet and mellow.
