Made by a small, family-run company famous for the quality of its products using best quality pork loin, bacon, beef, hot paprika and garlic, then oak-smoked. 

Embuastur is a family-run business in Asturias which was born of the desire to rescue forgotten recipes used in the ancient game-hunting households of this region long ago. This small, family-run business specialises in natural, additive-free charcuterie, which is later oak-smoked and cured in a special micro-climate, resulting in a truly unique flavour. Embuastur take great pride in their contribution to Spanish gastronomy, having revived recipes, smoking and curing methods and using the finest quality natural ingredients.

INGREDIENTS: 50% ostrich lean, 25% pork lean, 25% panceta from Iberian pork, paprika, salt, garlic, parsley and spices.
