La Chinata Iberian Pork with Paprika Pate contains a base of extra virgin olive oil, plus a selection of Iberian meat from Extremadura, to which is added paprika with the D.O.P. from La Vera, that adds a sweet and smoked touch to every bite.

It is a perfect cream to spread on bread or regañás, as well as accompaniment of red meats, or to combine with potatoes or make sauces for pasta and vegetables.

It is recommended to serve slightly cool if it is going to be eaten spread on bread, to enhance its nuances in the mouth, and it perfectly combines with our Yugo red wine.
