La Chinata Crab Pate is part of our selection of sea pates elaborated with our best Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This pate is made of a delicious selection of high quality crab meat, highlighting its soft and delicate flavour.
This pate is recommended as a snack spread in bread along with regañás and picos, as it has soft and tasty texture. You can add a special touch with vegetable jam and caramelized onion with EVOO. It can also be a good accompaniment to offer a different touch to elaborated fish and rice dishes.
Pate is recommended to be served lightly cold if it is meant to be eaten spread in bread; it is also a good combination with our Yugo white wine or with handcrafted beer.
