Pancetta - the continental equivalent of bacon (the difference is a bit technical, but just know that Pancetta is seasoned and cured, but not smoked) - is a tasty meat that’s used in lots of different Spanish recipes, but is also great on its own or served as a tasty accompaniment to eggs. This is thin-sliced cured Pancetta that is easy to cook.
