Seafood stock base for paella
A small jar of concentrated seafood and vegetable stock giving all the flavours needed to make a seafood paella - simple to use and comes with recipe suggestions for making a paella. Use 100g of the concentrated stock for 300-400g rice, so one jar will make a paella for 8-10 people.
INGREDIENTS: Water, tomato (tomato, vegetable oil, glucose syrup, water, modified corn starch, salt, acidulant:citric acid, onion), salt, modified potato starch, flavour enhancer:monosodium glutamate, vegetable oil, natural aroma of fish and meat, garlic, onion, milk protein, turmeric colouring
