This thick vinegar reduction is especially good with salads and fish dishes.
Heated by steam and then rendered down until its about a 1/3 of it's initial volume this Moscatel reduction is concentrated fruity deliciousness. Still slightly acidic but emphasising moscatel's intrinisic flavour and aroma, this reduction is a great addition to just about whatever you want to pair it with.
