These artisan chorizos from La Rioja are produced by a traditional family business, with more than 110 years experience making sausage. This is the spicy version! These sausages are perfect to throw on the grill at your next barbecue or can be cut into thick coins and fried lightly or added to many other dishes. The intense flavour of garlic and paprika make this chorizo a great addition to pasta dishes, casseroles, soups and stews.
