This artisan cured Serrano ham is cured for over 14 months is made from the Duroc pig which is known for its sweetness and needs a much lower salt content in the curing process.
These Jamon Serrano Reserva ham slices have a complex aroma and richly marbled texture. They come interleaved for ease of separation; serve at room temperature for best flavour. Classically served in Spain with picos artesanos (mini breadsticks) as an accompaniment, or as part of a charcuterie platter with other meats and olives - and a glass of Rioja!
